Helping Employers Transmit Their ACA Forms 1095-B & 1095-C To The IRS

For many employers, the creation of their ACA forms is generated by either an internal system or a separate HR system.  However, many of these same systems do not have the ability to E-File the ACA reporting data to the IRS.  For these employers, we offer an E-Filing only solution to assist them.  Note:  This would first require an employer to fully create their own 1094 and 1095 forms in their entirety.  For more information on our full service ACA reporting packages, click here.

Using our firm as your E-Filing only solution comes with a tremendous  benefit since through the entire process you will have access to our team of ACA reporting experts who regularly work with employers to create ACA forms ‘from scratch’.  Also, our company is HIPAA Compliant whereas many in the marketplace are not.

How to calculate your total:

$350 administration fee and then $1.00 per form filed up to 1,000 forms.

Employers will simply complete our easy to use template and then submit it to use through our secure portal.  Our expert ACA staff will then take it from there and file your submitted 1094 and 1095 data to the IRS within two business days.

  • XML files can be submitted in lieu of our standard format.  If the XML files require manipulation and correction in order for the IRS to accept the files, our data team can assist at your request.  Additional charge for data team time:  $125 per hour.
  • Data submitted in non-standard formats can be manipulated and corrected by our data team at your request.  Additional charge:  $125 per hour.
  • Data submitted with errors which prevent E-Filing can be manipulated and corrected by our data team at your request.  Additional charge:  $125 per hour.
  • All mailing is sent via First Class US Postage.
  • Each company EIN must be billed separately based upon the schedule contained here, as the IRS requires separate e-filing for each EIN.
  • Minimum billed client fee for all E-Filing Only Services is $350.
